1-Page Portfolio:  includes 1 text page with image, 1 scan

4-Page Portfolio:  1 text page w/thumbnails, 3 image pages, 3 scans

8-Page Portfolio:  1 index page (thumbnails), 1 resume page, 
1 artist's statement or other info, 5 image pages, 5 scans

each additional text page
